Trademark (Madrid Protocol)

If you are expanding your products or services overseas, it is important to register your company name or product name as a trademark in a foreign country. When filing an international application based on the Madrid System, by submitting one application document prepared in English to the Japan Patent Office, you can obtain the effect of applying for registration in multiple member countries at once.

Please note that when filing a Madrid Protocol application,
it will cost approximately 250,000 yen to 500,000 JPY (including charges and stamp fees) at the time of filing, depending on the content of the application.
Additional fees will be charged for subsequent procedures (if rejection handling is required, renewal, etc).
