In order to proceed smoothly with the application process, we ask our customers to submit a Power of Attorney.
There are two types of Power of Attorney;
(1) Individual Power of Attorney, and (2) General Power of Attorney
(1) An Individual Power of Attorney is a document that grants Individual Power of Attorney to our firm for individual matters.
(2) A General Power of Attorney is a document that gives us authority to represent you in all matters that you request from us.
Each type of document can be downloaded below.
Please fill in your address and name (if a corporation, its name and representative name), and affix your seal next to your name and in the upper right corner.
